PURVEYOR OF SPEED LLC

Purveyor of Speed LLC bills on a bi-weekly bases unless an alternative schedule is agreed upon at the start of the project. Jobs taking less than two weeks will be billed upon completion. All invoices are to be paid immediately upon receipt. Invoices not paid Immediately will accrue a late fee of $25.00 per day until the balance is paid in full. Any project that gets put on hold due to client request or actions will be charged a storage fee of $25.00 per day until the project is either underway or relocated. Purveyor of Speed LLC reserves the right to terminate any project and upon doing so the balance owed at that point is due immediately with late fees being charged daily if it is not paid on time. Any project terminated by the client must be paid in full for the work completed and parts purchased before the project leaves the premises and will accrue late fees and storage fees daily until paid in full and removed from the premises. At the start of all projects a deposit will be required to cover parts, materials and any logistics involved with the project. Deposits are non-refundable. Any parts purchased with the deposit will belong to the client and go with the project.
